Glenn Sarsale is a licensed architect and the founder of Easttown Building Works, specializing in commercial, residential, retail and historic preservation projects. With a 25‑year career that blends architecture, construction management, and a decade of hands‑on experience as a general contractor, Glenn brings a builder’s perspective to every project—prioritizing feasibility, clarity, and coordinated delivery.
He has contributed to projects for renowned institutions and luxury brands, including the Guggenheim Museum, Tiffany & Co., CHANEL, and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, along with residential work throughout PA, NY, and CA. Glenn also serves his community as Chair of the Easttown Township Historical Commission and teaches architecture and construction as an Adjunct Professor at CCP.
Trained in New York City and Paris, with advanced studies in Construction Management at NYU and an MBA from West Chester University, Glenn’s multifaceted background shapes a practical, buildable approach to design. At Easttown Building Works, he leads a team committed to precision, integrity, and delivering architecture that supports developers, GCs, and property owners from concept through completion.
